How do I upload my own price list?
Send us your Excel file. We upload the products, the prices for each fabric grade and the images during setup, and fix any rows that don't fit together with you.
Our product codes get written in different ways. Will it understand them?
It matches the spelling in the order note to the code in your catalog. An item that doesn't match is never made up; it is flagged on screen and you choose before the document is created.
Can I prepare quotes in English or in foreign currency?
Yes. TRY quotes are prepared in Turkish; USD and EUR quotes in English, with your bank details. You choose the currency on the quote screen.
How many people can use it?
You invite your team; everyone works from the same catalog and quote history. We agree the number of users for your team in the demo.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union, on servers in Frankfurt. Each company's data is kept separate at database level.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the size of your price list and the number of images. Once we have your files, we do the upload; we plan the timeline together in the demo.
